    Kristy Pepping:  Beachbody on Demand is another great workout streaming option. There are several different trainers to choose from and various class lengths depending on your time. Some of the exercises available include yoga, stepping class and weight training. They tell you before each class what equipment you will need, but there are several videos without any needed if you don't have any at home. Beachbody also offers many videos in a series so that you can build up strength gradually and at your own pace.

    My Fitness by Jillian Michaels

    Shila:  Fitness expert and Biggest Loser trainer, Jillian Michaels, provides training through her "My Fitness App" offering customized workouts and even meal plans. You can stream these videos anywhere.

    Map My Run

    Kristy Pepping:  Although this is not an in-home exercise tool, this is a great app for getting some exercise outdoors. Whether you enjoy running, walking or jogging, Map My Run offers a way to track them. You can also "friend" others so that you can share paths and keep track of each other's progress. Plus, you can look up suggested routes around you from others in the community if you need a change of scenery. The app can also sync with your streaming music like from Apple. This is available through Apple or Google.

    Corepower Yoga on Demand

    Kristy Pepping:  For those who love heated yoga, Corepower is a great option at home. Although you don't have access to their traditional brick and mortar heated studios, you'll still get the same great workouts. There are 30 or 60-minutes sessions with a variety of trainers. If you are looking for weight-training, I highly recommend Yoga Sculpt which uses light hand weights. You won't need a ton of room for the exercises either so this makes this program ideal for small spaces. And if you don't have a yoga mat, a large towel would work fine.

    Kit Rich

    Shila:  Celebrity trainer Kit Rich features high quality fitness and muscle strengthening videos ranging from 3-30 minute long workouts. Pop in for a quick 5-minute ab workout or get sweating in a longer cardio, high intensity sweat session.

    WERQ Fitness

    Shila:  Find over 250 choreographed dance fitness routine. Any of these WERQ Fitness videos offer an excellent and empowering fitness break just by getting up and grooving.
