Laila Talley: Fit 4 Mom organizes prenatal and postnatal fitness classes throughout Columbus at locales and parks near you. Mommy and me classes can include Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. Stroller Strides includes power walking, jogging and strength training intervals while your baby sits in the stroller. Stroller Barre is a unique blend of ballet, pilates, yoga and stroller-based strength exercises too.
beYoga and Wellness
Erika Roh...: beYoga and Wellness offers a Postnatal Mommy and Me Yoga class designed to strengthen and condition in a nurturing group setting. This class allows for Moms to practice while their babies sleep or wiggle next to them on blankets.
Baby Boot Camp

The focus of her mom and baby fitness classes are on core strength and working on integrating exercise into your everyday life, as well as modeling better health and fitness for little ones! Her classes are offered on a rotating schedule in different locations -- when the weather is good they are held in local parks!
