Erika Roh...: Yoga on High offers a variety of classes for babies and kids. Mommy and Baby classes provide the best time to bond with your little one (age 6 weeks to crawling) as you work on getting your post-baby body stronger. Their kids yoga classes teach relaxation and body awareness.
Cost: $19 per single class
Wholekids Pediatrics
Erika Roh...: This is a branch of a holistic pediatric practice that firmly believes in the health benefits of yoga. They offer a slew of yoga classes from newborns through adults. Some highlights are Mommy/Daddy and Baby, Preschool/Toddler, and separate boy and girls yoga classes.

Bexley Yoga
Hannah Scott: The goal of Kids Yoga at Bexley Yoga is to help children with self-awareness, self care, and stress management. This is accomplished through creative music, yoga poses, breathing, relaxation, and exercises that encourage working together. This class is taught by a registered yoga teacher who also happens to be a licensed school counselor, so every element of the class is carefully structured to promote your child's optimal wellness.

Center for Wholeness
Center for Wholeness is currently closed as they seek out a new location for their studio
Erika Roh...: Center for Wholeness is a non profit community studio, and yoga classes for kids are among their offerings. Check out their schedule for the list of class times. Preschool Yoga explores movement and self awareness through play and imagination. Kids Yoga starts to introduce true yoga practices (poses, breathing techniques, resting). In Teen Yoga kids will learn stress management, relaxation and leave feel rejuvenated.

Cost: passes are purchased through the instructors, and class pricing is discounted with a $30 membership
Harbor Yoga
Erika Roh...: Harbor Yoga offers a monthly kids workshop that teaches children the basics of yoga and also incorporates games and activities that they can use at home or school to maintain breathing, relaxation and focus.

Cost: $12 per single class
GoYoga - Powell
Kelly R.: GoYoga's Powell location offers weekly 50-minute kids yoga classes. Playful sessions for kids age 3-5 teach fun poses and breathing exercises, with games and songs. Classes for kids age 6-12 offer a laid-back environment and instruction in strength and flexibility-building poses and breathing technique. While GoYoga has seven locations throughout Columbus; the kids class is only offered at their Powell location.

The Yoga Loft
Erika Roh...: Not a kid but not yet ready for adult classes? The Yoga Loft has your tween covered! Their tween series helps students build a strong foundation in yoga and also offeres discussions on positive body image and stress management techniques. This is only offered as a series, no drop-in.

Cost: $75 per 5 week series
The Art of Music
Katie G.: The Art of Music is an art studio that helps develop a child through music and art. Yoga classes are offered for babies and toddlers. Little ones will take part in a 45-minute class that teaches simple yoga poses and fun movement. Kids will learn to improve muscle tone and body awareness and develop confidence, flexibility and coordination through weekly classes.
