    NoseFrida Snotsucker

Don't let the name disgust you because the NoseFrida Snotsucker is, hands down, one of my favorite baby must haves! The Snotsucker is a wonderful little aspirator that allows you to easily suck away baby's dried and wet nasal mucus. Everything suctioned up stays in the cylinder, and the disposable filter prevents any transfer of ickiness to the mouth. After use, simply clean with hot water and mild soap and let air dry.

Arm & Hammer Simply Saline Nasal Mist

Kelly R.:  This nasal mist is great for clearing stuffy noses or helping to relieve allergy symptoms. The larger size works well for kids once they are ready to move on from the smaller baby-size products, and we keep this around for the adults too. It's amazing how effective it is on seemingly hopeless stuffy noses, and it cleans them out so well that kids are spared the irritation caused by constant blowing and wiping.

The only ingredients are water, sodium chloride, and sodium bicarbonate.

    Boo Bunnie

Kristy Pepping:  This makes for a cute add-on to a baby shower gift. We have several of these and keep them in the freezer. For little bumps and bruises, they soothe little ones and bring down swelling quickly.

    Boogie Wipes

Kelly R.:  It's amazing how well these wipes work to quickly clean even the crustiest of noses with natural saline.

These are hypoallergenic, free of alcohol, parabens, and phthalates.

    Braun Ear Thermometer

Kristy Pepping:  We received this baby must-have as a shower gift and are still using it years later with our three children. It always gives up an accurate reading and has helped to know when to see the doctor.

    Little Remedies Saline Spray/Drops

Kelly R.:  This works really well to clear out and moisturize stuffy noses to give relief to congested kids. Can be used as a spray or as drops.

    Pedialyte Electrolyte Powder

Kelly R.:  Pedialyte is pediatrician-recommended for preventing dehydration due to diarrhea and vomiting. I like to keep it on hand in powder form because it doesn't take up much pantry room, and it is there whenever I need it. Saves me from having to bring a sick child out to the store!

    Character Band-Aids

Kelly R.:  There is such a huge variety of Band-Aid designs these days that your kids' favorite characters or superheroes are sure to be covered. I find that the chance to choose a fun Band-Aid makes kids much more likely to cooperate with taking care of their injury!

    NeilMed NasaFlo Neti Pot

Gina I.:  Being congested is the worst! Fortunately, all it takes is just a few minutes using a neti pot for fast, lasting relief. It's safe for both adults and children (be sure to follow directions and ONLY use distilled or sterile water). The neti pot flushes mucous out of the nasal cavity, making it easier and more comfortable to breathe through the nose. This is a must-have for cold and flu season!

    Clinere Earwax Cleaners

Sue Krawitz Tandoc:  My oldest son produces excess ear wax that he used to have professionally removed by a doctor when he was younger. Then I discovered these ear cleaning gems at the store and gave it a try. They are safe, easy to use and truly get the excess wax out without any pain or damage. The scoop is flexible and small enough to easily get the wax out of a child or adult's ear - just be sure your child is old enough to sit still.

    All Good Goop

Kelly R.:  This balm is great for healing just about any minor scrape, burn, or bump that you can think of. It also works wonders as a diaper rash remedy and on chapped lips. Made with calendula, herbs, and olive oil.

    Be Koool Soft Gel Sheets

Kristy Pepping:  Every time the seasons change, my kids seem to have a fever. These strips instantly cool them down. You simply peel off the back and stick it on their forehead. It brings their fever down and they like it because it looks like a big sticker!

    Boiron Oscillococcinum

Hannah Scott:  When I started getting flu symptoms this winter, I immediately tried this homeopathic remedy. My symptoms were entirely gone in 24 hours! I thought it was a fluke....until the same thing happened to my husband a few weeks later. He took Oscillococcinum and was cured in 24 hours, too. Needless to say, I've been preaching the wonders of these little tubes to everyone who will listen!

    Vicks Advanced Waterless Vaporizer

Kristy Pepping:  For little kids who can't take a lot of medicine, these are great to plug into their room. They come with cartridges that let off Vicks vapor and help clear their stuffy heads so they can sleep better.

    Similasan Kids Ear Relief

Chrissy OGorman:  This is a natural wellness product that helps with general discomfort, itching, trapped water, and clogged ears.
