    Katie G.:  Alum Polaris is a small, family run Christmas Tree farm offering several sizes of you-cut trees and handmade wreaths. Saws are available to borrow to cut down your tree. Trees will be cleaned by the mechanical shaker before being wrapped in netting. Relax by the warm fire while enjoying a mug of hot cocoa before heading home.

      Located in North Columbus, near Alum Creek State Park, Fly A Way Farm opens one weekend a season for you-cut trees. Upon entering the farm, you will be greeted by an employee who will provide you with a saw and parking directions. After selecting the perfect tree, enjoy a hayride around the farm, complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. Handmade wreaths, pine roping and tree stands are available for purchase.

    Katie G.:  Driving through the country in Sunbury, you can't miss the Taylor Tree Farm. Look for the big, red caboose and the field of cut-your-own Christmas trees. Before heading out into the field for a memorable family experience, grab a saw to cut the perfect tree and a sled to bring it back. The staff will provide tree baling making it easier to get back home. Afterwards, warm up in the big, red caboose and snap some holiday photos.
